Independent Travel Advisor (1099 Subcontractor)

We're looking for self-motivated, detail-oriented Travel Advisors to join our network as independent subcontractors. This isn't a 9-to-5. You set your own schedule, build your own client base, and run your business your way — while we provide the tools, training, vendors and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to plan and book personalized travel — flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and full itineraries
• Research destinations, pricing, and travel options to match client needs and budgets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
• Stay current on travel trends, entry requirements, and supplier offerings
• Handle bookings, confirmations, and any changes or issues that arise before or during travel (access to over 75 vendors)
• Grow your own client base through networking, referrals, and marketing (support provided)

What We're Looking For

• Passion for travel and genuine interest in helping others plan great trips
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-discipline and the ability to manage your own time and workload
• Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
• Basic computer skills; comfortable learning booking platforms and CRM tools
• Prior travel industry or sales experience is a plus, but not required — training provided

Compensation

Commission-based (1099 independent contractor). Earnings are uncapped and based on bookings and sales volume. No base salary — this role is best suited for self-starters comfortable with commission-based income.
