The resource will support the SIAM (Secure Identity Access Management) organization and related application delivery teams.

Current initiatives include:

• React Native migration efforts
\n
• Platform modernization work
\n
• Secure Login initiatives
\n
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enhancements
\n
• Customer-facing cybersecurity solutions
\n
• Authentication and login functionality improvements
\n
• Backend security integrations
\n
• Strategic 2027 roadmap planning
\n

Teams supported include:

\n
• Mobile Development
\n
• Web/UI Development
\n
• API Development
\n
• Security-focused application teams
\n

Job Must Haves:

\n
• 3-5+ years of Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Delivery experience
\n
• Experience supporting software development teams
\n
• Jira experience (required)
\n
• VersionOne experience acceptable
\n
• Strong understanding of SDLC
\n
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
\n
• Experience managing dependencies across teams
\n
• Risk and Issue Management experience
\n
• Experience working with business stakeholders
\n
• Strong communication and people skills
\n
• Ability to escalate risks proactively
\n
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams
\n
• Understanding of front-end and back-end application development
\n
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and software delivery processes
\n
• Experience supporting customer-facing technology solutions
\n
