Compensation Details: $50,000.00

Job Description: Under broad supervision, provides administrative and document-preparation support to the Purchasing Manager, Strategic Sourcing Manager, and Grants Manager. Responsibilities include supplier contract data entry, preparation and filing of sourcing and solicitation documents in advance of validation sessions, and assistance with the setup and preparation of competitive grant applications. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience in inventory, purchasing, or supply chain management; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Purchasing Agent 2 (FET041) or equivalent position.
