**Responsibilities**

• Direct cross-functional teams in comprehensive analysis of customer product strategy market positioning competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure timely completion of customer acquisition initiatives and contractual obligations
• Oversee product development and launch execution to ensure alignment with customer requirements quality standards and market expectations
• Develop and implement detailed project plans that adhere to organizational processes and governance frameworks
• Manage product release cycles and manufacturing transitions ensuring effective change management protocols and risk mitigation
• Evaluate and optimize critical project trade-offs including cost performance design for manufacturability (DFM) and timeline constraints to deliver optimal business outcomes
• Establish and maintain a high-performing team environment characterized by mutual respect professional accountability constructive feedback mechanisms and strategic resource allocation to consistently meet organizational commitments

Qualifications :

What You Need

Adaptable and able to function well in multi-cultural team environment.
Self-motivated and pro-active
Result-oriented and capable to drive meeting influence team to achieve agreement especially in
tough circumstances.
Excellent in Project Management software MS Project

What is Nice to Have
Automotive experience is preferred.
Team management experience is preferred.
