Looking for LPN's experienced and newly grads for Major Medical Facility in the Bronx.
Must be CERTIFIED by the state.
Monday through Friday
8.30am-5pm
Job Summary:
The LPN provides basic nursing care to patients in an urban healthcare setting, such as a clinic, community health center, hospital, or long-term care facility. The LPN works with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide routine nursing care and monitor patients’ conditions.
Take vital signs and document patient information.
Administer medications and treatments as directed and within scope of practice.
Assist patients with daily care needs.
Communicate patient concerns to the RN or healthcare provider.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Follow infection-control, safety, and workplace policies.
Work respectfully with patients from diverse backgrounds and communities.
Qualifications:
Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
CPR/BLS certification as required.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced urban healthcare environment.
Previous healthcare experience preferred.
