PeopleShare is currently hiring an E-Commerce Operations Specialist for a leading innovator, marketer, and producer of quality branded products within the pet, lawn, and garden supply industries. Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between the E-Commerce Sales team, S&OP, Shipping Department, and Warehouse Operations to ensure seamless workflow and timely shipments.
• Create and manage shipments through Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
• Generate, print, and manage outbound shipping labels.
• Monitor in-transit shipments, proactively resolving delivery and inventory issues.
• Enter inventory transfers into the ERP system to support accurate inventory flow and tracking.
• Maintain shipment records, databases, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, shortages, and inventory reconciliation issues.
• Partner with inventory control, customers, and internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary cross-functional contact for direct-to-consumer customer channel orders.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and performance tracking.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience, including experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics, shipping, or supply chain experience.
• Experience managing LTL and FTL shipments.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
