• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, hospital ICU dialysis preferred, Tablo Hemodialysis experience required

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: Local rate $52.00/hour; Travel pay: $27/hour + $1,200 weekly per diem
• Total Weekly Gross (for 40 hours): $2,280

What You’ll Do

• Provide acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical units
• Operate the Tablo Hemodialysis System safely and effectively
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access (AV fistulas, grafts, catheters)
• Respond to patient needs and changes in clinical condition promptly
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing staff
• Document treatments, assessments, and interventions accurately
• Maintain infection control protocols and safety standards
• Function independently in a dynamic hospital environment to ensure patient safety and high-quality care

What You Need

Required:

• Valid and unrestricted Arizona RN license or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to independently manage dialysis treatments and respond to patient needs

• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to fast-changing clinical environments

About the Assignment

This role involves supporting acute dialysis care for hospitalized patients in Sierra Vista, AZ, including ICU and medical-surgical units.
