What we're looking for:

• 9+ years of experience in technology consulting or a related industry.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, data engineering, Spark, PySpark, and modern data architecture.
• Experience with Lakehouse architecture, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, data governance, and CI/CD.
• Proven leadership experience across technical teams, client engagements, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior executives.
• Required: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional or Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional.
• Databricks Champion designation.
