$20/Hour + $18/Hour Paid Training | Delivery Driver
Looking for steady work with a company where drivers stick around? DM Delivery, a local FedEx contractor, is hiring Delivery Drivers in Sioux City, IA. You’ll stay active, work independently, and complete local package delivery routes. No CDL required.

$18/hour paid training
Weekly pay
Health, dental & vision after 90 days
IRA retirement plan after 90 days
5 days PTO after 1 year; 10 days after 2 years
Company vehicle & uniforms provided
Full-time drivers work 6 days/week , with additional days possible during busy periods. Weekends are required. Schedules are Monday–Saturday or Tuesday–Sunday. Start times vary between 8:00–9:15 AM , depending on the day.
Key ResponsibilitiesComplete 130+ delivery stops per day
Safely operate a non-CDL package delivery vehicle
Load, scan & deliver packages
Use GPS to navigate dense city routes
Complete pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
21+ with a valid driver’s license
Able to handle packages up to 150 lbs. and work outdoors
Delivery or driving experience preferred
Manual labor and other hands-on experience welcomed
Must be willing to submit to an MVR and background check
Must be willing to submit to a drug test and DOT physical
